Official Rules (“Official Rules” or “Rules”)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18+ years or older (or 19 for residents of AL & NE). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

• Eligibility:  The San Pellegrino Ciao Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18+ years or older (or 19 for residents of AL & NE). Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes.  Employees of Nestlé USA, Inc, Brandmovers, Inc. and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively with Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
• Sponsor:  Nestlé USA, Inc. 1812 N. Moore Street, Arlington, VA 22209 (“Sponsor”).
• Administrator:  Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Drive, Atlanta, GA 30318 (“Administrator”).
• Sweepstakes Period.  The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on June 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Aug 3, 2026, (the "Sweepstakes Period").  The Administrator’s clock is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
• How To Enter.  There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
  
  Qualifying Purchase Method of Entry. To enter this Qualifying Purchase method of entry, eligible entrants can purchase a 6-pack, single-flavor 24-pack or variety flavor 24-pack of SAN PELLEGRINO® CIAO! Sparkling Flavored Water during the Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Qualifying Product”), and obtain the original receipt showing: Retailer, the Qualifying Product, purchase price, and purchase date (falling any time during the Sweepstakes Period) (each, an Eligible Receipt”). Then, visit www.sanpellegrino.com/italytrip (“Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period to complete the entry form by providing your first and last name, email address, and upload a clear image of the Eligible Receipt. Upon submitting the completed entry form and Eligible Receipt, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per Eligible Receipt per day, regardless of the number of Qualifying Products purchased in a single transaction and reflected on a single Eligible Receipt. All Qualifying Purchase entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on August 3, 2026, in order to be included in the random drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical glitches associated with the Qualifying Purchase method of entry, including but not limited to uploading the Eligible Receipt image or any image that is not legible.

  Free Alternate Method Of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter for free via the AMOE method of entry, hand print your complete name, street address, city, state, zip code, and email address on a 3 x 5” card/paper and mailing in a first-class stamped envelope to: AMOE, Brandmovers, Inc. PO BOX 1807 Clayton, GA 30525 postmarked by August 3, 2026 and received by August 7, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope. All AMOE entries must be received by August 7, 2026 to be included in the random drawing, or will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, illegible or mutilated mailing or receipt of any AMOE entry.
  
  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
  
  Any attempt to enter by using multiple/different identities, or any other methods may disqualify that individual from winning any prize, at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Winner Selection.  There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner in this Sweepstakes (the “Winner”). The Potential Winner will be randomly selected by Administrator from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, on or about August 11, 2026. The Winner will be contacted by Sponsor or Administrator via the email address featured on each Winner’s entry form (the “Winner Notification”). The Winner Notification message will be sent on or about the day the potential Winner is selected. Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential Winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
  
  The potential Winner must respond to the Winner Notification message within forty-eight (48) hours of the Administrator or Sponsor sending the Winner Notification. Failure to respond to the Winner Notification within the 48-hour deadline for any reason may result in disqualification, and an alternate potential Winner may be selected, time permitting, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may select up to three (3) alternate Winners. In the event the Sponsor is unable to award the Grand Prize after attempting to award the Grand Prize to the original potential Winner and up to three (3) alternates, the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues or a potential Winner’s failure to receive or respond to any Winner Notification message due to any technical or other issue or non-issue.
• Verification of the Grand Prize Winner.  The Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability and publicity release as a condition of receiving the Grand Prize (“Affidavit/Release”). The Winner will also be required to complete, sign, and submit a W9 tax form. Failure to complete and return the Affidavit/Release and W9 may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. Receipt by Winner of any prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS THE WINNER, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS THE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
• Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”). One (1) Grand Prize  - $10,000, awarded in the form of a check made out to the Grand Prize winner. ARV: $10,000.00. Grand Prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein and at the Sponsor's sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize, or component thereof, for one of equal or greater value for any reason.  All taxes (including, without limitation, state and federal income taxes) and the reporting consequences thereof associated with the use and acceptance of any prize are solely the responsibility of the Winner.
• Publicity Grant:  By submitting an Entry, each entrant agrees to allow use of their name, username, likeness, city and state of residence, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes (including posting on Sponsor’s website), in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant, except where prohibited.
• Entry Conditions and Release.  Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, comments, email, Messages, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or platform or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time pf cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sweepstakes Entities, Meta Platforms (dba Instagram), and their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same Instagram account, the authorized account subscriber of the Instagram account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber of the Instagram account is the natural person who is assigned the Instagram account by Instagram.
• Privacy:  Any information collected during an entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor in accordance with the terms of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. • General Conditions.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible where such drawing does not compromise the odds) select the Winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.  Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Limitations of Liability.  The Sweepstakes Entities as set forth above, are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is a replacement Entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another Entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover prize at its sole discretion.
• Governing Law and Venue:  These Official Rules are governed by US law and are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any dispute arising from these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Delaware except to the extent preempted by U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles (whether of Delaware or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
• DISPUTE RESOLUTION:  PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. THESE TERMS INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, A JURY TRIAL WAIVER, AND A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. IN ARBITRATION THERE IS LESS DISCOVERY AND APPELLATE REVIEW THAN IN COURT. FOR CLARITY, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO, AND YOU AGREE TO, THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, RELEASES, OBLIGATIONS, DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE, AND OTHER TERMS SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND IN THE “DISPUTE RESOLUTION” SECTION OF THE NESTLÉ USA TERMS & CONDITIONS. THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION OF THE NESTLÉ USA TERMS & CONDITIONS IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE AND APPLIES TO DISPUTES, CLAIMS, OR ANY OTHER RELEVANT ASPECT ARISING FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES. • Sweepstakes Winner List/Rules.  For the name of the Winner (available after August 17, 2026), send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winners List, San Pellegrino Ciao Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Drive, Atlanta, GA 30318. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage.
